Booking Terms & Conditions
Passport & Visa Requirements for US and Canadian Travelers
Travelers are fully responsible for ensuring their passports are valid for at least six months beyond the return date of the trip.
Passports must have at least two blank pages and all necessary visas for the countries you plan to visit.
We strongly recommend keeping a digital copy of your passport (photo of the identification page) accessible via email while traveling.
For the most recent visa and entry requirements:
US citizens: travel.state.gov
Canadian citizens: travel.gc.ca/travelling/documents
Citizens of other countries should consult their local embassy or consulate for entry requirements.
Travelers who fail to meet passport or visa requirements may be denied boarding or entry into a destination. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
The name on your airline ticket must match exactly the name on your passport.
Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary documentation and identification required for entry, exit, and travel to all countries and regions visited. This includes, but is not limited to:
A valid passport that remains effective for at least six months after the final date of travel outlined in your itinerary.
All required visas, permits, and certificates, including vaccination or medical certificates if applicable.
Any travel insurance policies required for your trip.
You accept full responsibility for ensuring that all such documents, visas, and permits are obtained prior to the start of the tour. Any costs, losses, or expenses incurred due to missing, expired, or defective travel documents are solely your responsibility.
The Travel Agent, Tour Operators, and local partners do not provide legal or official advice regarding travel documents. They make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any information shared about visas, vaccinations, climate, clothing, baggage, or special equipment. You agree that the Travel Agent, Tour Operators, and local partners are not liable for any errors, omissions, or consequences resulting from your failure to secure the proper travel documentation.
Travel Protection
For your safety and peace of mind, Luxury Of Morocco strongly recommends that all travelers purchase a comprehensive travel protection plan, including coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, emergency medical, emergency evacuation/repatriation, trip delay, baggage delay, and other unforeseen events.
Please note that any information or suggestions provided by Luxury Of Morocco regarding travel protection do not constitute a guarantee or binding promise regarding coverage. Luxury Of Morocco is not an insurance provider and is not responsible for submitting, paying, or adjusting any insurance claims. Any claims must be filed directly with the insurance company identified in your policy.
Health
Before booking and embarking on your trip, you should consult your physician to ensure that you have taken all necessary health precautions. Some vaccinations may require multiple appointments spaced over several weeks, so it is recommended that you schedule your visit at least six weeks prior to departure.
High altitude:
Some sections of your itinerary may reach altitudes above 10,000 feet (3,048 meters). We recommend discussing your destination’s altitude with your Country Specialist and consulting your physician before confirming your booking.
Pre-existing Medical Conditions & Mobility
Certain destinations may be unsuitable for travelers using wheelchairs or with limited mobility. However, we are happy to explore tailor-made itineraries that accommodate your level of mobility. To help us do this, we may ask you to complete a short questionnaire.
You must inform us before booking if you have any medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements that may affect your trip. This ensures we can assess the suitability of your arrangements and provide appropriate assistance, including during flights. Please provide full details in writing at the time of booking and notify us of any changes to your condition or requirements.
On tailor-made and escorted group tours, guides and tour leaders cannot provide additional mobility assistance. Any required support must be provided by your traveling companions. In some cases, we may request a doctor’s letter confirming your fitness to travel.
Special Dietary Requirements :
Special diets should be noted on the Luxury Of Morocco booking form. While we will communicate your needs to hotels and airlines, availability may be limited at certain destinations. We cannot guarantee that all dietary requests can be fully accommodated.
Accommodation, Travel, and Safety Information :
Hotel Room Types
There is often confusion over hotel room terminology:
A “double” room usually contains a double bed, which may be two single beds pushed together.
A “twin” room has two separate single beds.
A “single” room is typically smaller than double or twin rooms.
Please note that room allocation is at the discretion of the hotel and cannot be guaranteed.
Hotel Classification
Any hotel rankings mentioned in brochures, itineraries, or fact sheets are provided as guidance only. These rankings reflect the opinions of our staff and are not based on any official national or international classification system.
World Travel and Cultural Differences
Many destinations we visit are in developing regions, where infrastructure, lifestyles, and cultural norms may differ significantly from what you are accustomed to. These differences are often part of the adventure, but they can also be challenging. We recommend packing your sense of humor—it can be invaluable when navigating bumpy roads, flight delays, or language barriers with hotel staff.
Health and Safety Standards
Health and safety regulations vary by country and may not match the high standards you may expect. We recommend following basic precautions:
Locate fire exits and learn how to sound the alarm in your hotel.
Check the depth of swimming pools before entering.
Refer to the Important Information section in your Travel Organizer for additional guidance.
Security
Opportunistic crime such as pickpocketing and bag-snatching can occur in many destinations. Protect yourself by:
Using hotel safes when available.
Carrying only essential valuables.
Remaining vigilant and using common sense when walking in public areas.
