Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Terms

1. Booking on Behalf of Others

When you book on behalf of others, you act as the designated contact person for all participants in the booking. This means you are responsible for:

  • Making all payments for the trip.

  • Notifying Luxury Of Morocco of any changes or cancellations.

  • Keeping all participants informed.

You must obtain all required consents from those you are booking for and ensure that all information provided is complete and accurate. Luxury Of Morocco is not liable for errors or omissions in information provided by the booker.

2. Payment for Your Trip

Booking Procedure:

  • Your custom itinerary or quote page shows the required deposit and payment terms.

  • Payment of the deposit or full trip cost constitutes acceptance of these terms.

  • Once payment is received, arrangements are confirmed with suppliers, subject to availability.

Late Payment:

  • Delays in payment may lead to changes in flights or services. Any additional costs incurred must be paid by you before departure.

Checking Documents:

  • Review your confirmation invoice and travel documents carefully upon receipt.

  • Notify Luxury Of Morocco within 10 days of receiving documents if there are errors. Costs for corrections after this period may be your responsibility.

  • Failure to submit required documents before travel may result in cancellation without refund.

Deposits and Balance:

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless Luxury Of Morocco cancels your trip.

  • Balance payment is due by the date on your confirmation invoice (typically no less than 90 days before departure).

  • Some trip components may require advance payments to secure bookings, which are also non-refundable.

Payment Methods:

  • Wire Transfer: Free of charge

  • E-transfer: Free of charge

  • Credit Card: 3% processing fee

Credit Card Chargebacks:

  • Any credit card disputes relating to supplier services must be resolved with the supplier, not Luxury Of Morocco.

  • You agree to indemnify Luxury Of Morocco against any chargebacks, including legal fees or air debit memos incurred.

  • Declined payments must be settled immediately via another method. Bookings are not confirmed until full payment is received.

3. Changes to Your Trip

  • Requests for changes will be forwarded to suppliers but cannot be guaranteed.

  • Additional costs incurred from changes, including supplier cancellation fees, are your responsibility.

  • Name changes or airline ticket alterations typically incur 100% cancellation and rebooking fees.

4. Inability to Travel

If you cannot travel due to illness, government restrictions, visa denial, or other unforeseen events, cancellation charges still apply.

5. Cancellation by You

  • Written notice of cancellation must be sent via certified mail or email. Retain acknowledgment from Luxury Of Morocco as proof.

  • Cancellation charges are applied based on the total trip cost (excluding any amendment charges).

Cancellation Charges Chart (per person):

91+ Days Before Departure Charge (USD) days 300$
40–60 days 500$
0–39 days 100%

  • For cancellations after trip commencement, no refunds for unused services are guaranteed, but any refunds from suppliers will be passed on, less administration fees.

6. Changes or Cancellations by Luxury Of Morocco

  • Itineraries, hotels, and other details may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Bookings will only be canceled after the balance due date if required by force majeure or failure to comply with booking terms (e.g., late payment).
